Calisthenics Handstands is my take on calisthenics. It combines strength training, mobility, and flexibility in a total body workout that help you stretch and flex your muscles better than simply hitting the gym. Exercises include bodyweight, as well as rings, box work, weights, and other kit. This class will focus primarily on handstands, although we will practice other movements and circuits as well.
