This class combines strength training, mobility, and flexibility in a total body workout that help you stretch and flex your muscles better than simply hitting the gym. Exercises are all done using body weight, and we'll be learning proper form for handstand and other inversions, pistol squats, and more. Unlike Bootcamp, this class will not have a HIIT element, but will still get you sweating like crazy.
